Get Connected!

In addition to Connection Groups, Midtown has several ministries you can be a part of, as well.

Women’s Ministry

Leader: Kerrie Greer

Our Women’s Ministry always has something going on from conferences to get togethers, and meal trains to shopping. Our group is so good about organizing things throughout the year for the women to attend, have community together, and reach out to others in the church who need a helping hand.

Men’s Ministry

The Men’s Ministry hosts a regular men’s breakfast and tries to plan other events and outings for the men of Midtown to get together, fellowship, and grow in the Lord and in communion with each other.

Brown County Prison Ministry

Leader: Craig Clements

The Prison Ministry meets whenever they need to, usually after church on a Sunday, at the house beside the church building. The distribute backpacks to the Havins Unit for every man who is released. The bags are filled with things like body wash, hand soap, deodorant, shaving cream, razors, laundry detergent, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, pens, socks, wash cloths and letters of encouragement to let them know God loves them.

In addition to helping pack the bags, they are always looking for donations to help fund the purchase of those products.

Youth Ministry

Leader: Ciera Ray

The youth group meets on Wednesday evenings in the classroom beside the church. Youth is for any student in seventh grade through high school.

MidKids

Leaders: Nicole Erwin, Ricky Ray, and Angela Williams

MidKids is a super fun time for children in Kindergarten through sixth grade to learn about Jesus. They meet on Wednesdays during the school year. Dinner is served for the students at 5:45 p.m.

Prayer & Intercession

Every fifth Sunday is a special time of prayer and worship from 11 a.m. to noon
